Starting in sales and customer service management, he has built a robust foundation in contracts, client relations, and operational leadership, which now sees him at the helm of the company’s day-to-day operations.

With over 15 years of experience in the medical electronics sector, Terry has earned a reputation for strategic thinking, a commitment to excellence, and a proven ability to drive growth. His dedication to building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding results has been integral to the company's continued success.

Outside of work, Terry explores his creative side through writing short stories, keeps fit with regular runs, and indulges his passion for fragrances. His collection is ever-growing, and he’s your go-to expert on all things Tom Ford—just ask him, you won’t be disappointed!

FINANCE & HR MANAGER

Karly is a dedicated and seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience at Deva. Specialising in finance and HR, Karly has expertly managed invoicing, accounting, payroll, and profit and loss statements, ensuring Deva’s financial health and operational efficiency. She also oversees recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, fostering a supportive workplace environment while ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment make her an invaluable asset to the Deva family, contributing to both the company's growth and its strong team culture.

When not dealing with numbers she loves planning family holidays, particularly city breaks and Disney adventures. When at home, Karly enjoys cozy evenings by the fire with a good book, a glass of rosé, and an endless curiosity for true crime podcasts—much to her husband's (worried) amusement!

Jenifer brings over 15 years of expertise in account management and sales. Known for her strategic acumen and dedication to client satisfaction, Jenifer excels in building and nurturing strong client relationships.

With extensive experience in technical services and quality management, Neil leads Deva Medical’s engineering team with a commitment to precision, reliability, and UKAS compliance.

As Technical Services Manager, he oversees the scheduling, training, and development of our engineers, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality service to both NHS and private sector clients. Neil’s leadership fosters a collaborative and skilled team environment, where each engineer is supported in upholding the company’s standards for excellence in servicing and calibration.

Lewis has been an integral part of our team for over three years, demonstrating impressive growth from a junior engineer to a specialist in medical electronics. His vast expertise spans both laboratory and respiratory equipment, and as an F-gas qualified engineer, he is highly skilled in refrigeration systems. Paul’s dedication and knowledge are unparalleled, making him a trusted mentor to his colleagues.

With over 30 years of experience in electronics and electrical engineering, Gary brings a wealth of expertise to Deva Medical. Having been part of the team for five years, Gary works across both laboratory and respiratory equipment, delivering high-quality service and support to our clients. His extensive knowledge and dedication ensure that even the most complex issues are resolved efficiently.

TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER

Jay-Jay joined Deva Medical as an apprentice in 2023 and has since become a fully qualified engineer specialising in respiratory services. Known for his friendly and approachable manner, Jay-Jay has quickly become a favorite among patients, delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.

Based in the South, Daniel joined Deva Medical 12 months ago and has already become F-gas certified, strengthening the team’s refrigeration capabilities. His commitment to delivering exceptional service ensures that customers across the region receive the high-quality support Deva Medical is known for.

Daniel is a big FC Barcelona fan, enjoys watching football, and plays football couple times a month.

Matt’s charm and wit are legendary, earning him a reputation as an old-fashioned gentleman with a flair for the dramatic. When not excelling in his role, Matt moonlights as a model, bringing a touch of elegance and humour to everything he does. He enjoys traveling the world with his transatlantic partner, mastering complex board games, savouring far too much coffee, and sharing his signature brand of humour—whether you’re ready for it or not!

Cross-trained in respiratory services, Lisa’s versatility and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside the office, she loves escaping to Lanzarote with her husband, where she soaks up the sunshine, enjoys a good book, and indulges in the occasional cocktail (or two). Back at home, Lisa can often be found exploring the great outdoors with her dog or doting on her two grandsons, who are always thoroughly spoiled.

Lynsey handles the invoicing, chasing payments, and ensuring parts are ordered promptly. With her attention to detail and efficient communication skills, she plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and customers alike.

Jack specialises in managing contracts, preparing quotes, and processing purchase orders, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled with precision. In addition to his core responsibilities, he supports Lisa and Matt with job bookings, showcasing his versatility and dedication to teamwork.
